Refunds at Hidden Vault Games LLC (“HVG”, “Hidden Vault Games”) are subject to the following:
Full Refunds or mutually agreeable replacements are available within 14 days of purchase, or within 30 days for any purchase made between the second Sunday in November through the second Sunday in December. These refunds or replacements are exclusively for the following:
-Pre-owned video game discs.
-Pre-owned video game cartridges.
-Pre-owned video game consoles, only if all items original provided are accounted for.
-Pre-owned video game accessories.
-Brand New video game accessories, unopened, in the original packaging.
-Apparel Items, free of wear, free of stains, or free of any other defects.
Collectible items may have a highly volatile market or “resell” price. Hidden Vault Games does not provide any guarantees of value in the present or in the future. The following items do not qualify for a refund, regardless of claim:
-Sealed Trading Card Game Products, including but not limited, starter decks, booster packs, booster boxes, and miscellaneous collection boxes.
-Trading Card Singles
-Sealed Video Game Products, including but not limited to Video Games, Controllers, Special Edition items, or open accessories originally sealed in plastic.
-Any brand new item that can no longer be sold as brand new.
For any refund, dispute, or issue an order number or receipt must be provided.
