Pre-orders at Hidden Vault Games LLC (“HVG”, “Hidden Vault Games”) are subject to the following:
All Pre-orders provided by HVG are provided on a first come first served basis.
Pre-orders are subject to distribution or wholesale allocations. Due to the high demand of certain products, there may be cases where finalized allocations may be reduced or product may be delayed. In such cases, Pre-orders shall be fulfilled in the order of completed payment. If HVG cannot fulfil a pre-order due to reduced allocations, product delays, or damages, a full refund will be issued.
All other Pre-order cancellations initiated by a customer may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Pre-orders may only be cancelled by email notification sent to “[email protected]” or in-store.
Pre-orders offered as “In-Store Pickup” will be denoted both before the item is added to cart and before payment is submitted.
In-Store Pickup Pre-orders will be held for 30 days after the product is marked ready for pick-up. After this time, if the item has yet to be picked up, a forfeiture of the pre-ordered product and a refund will be provided with a cancellation fee of 20%.
In-Store Pickup Pre-orders cannot be shipped for any reason, please do not place an In-Store Pickup Pre-order if you will be unable to pick it up.

-In-Store (Pay-in-Full)
-Online Exclusive (Pay-in-Full)
-Online (Pay-in-Full)
-Or a combination of the above.
Hidden Vault Games provides pre-orders based on our wholesale cost, regardless of the current market conditions. Our intent is for those who purchase these products, Players and Collectors, to be the end consumer of the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel pre-orders for any reason subject to the applicable law. Malicious attempts to circumvent any quantity based limits may result in a cancellation of your order less a 20% cancellation fee.
